Welcome to Aruba Watersports Center.
We are a family-owned and operated watersports company located directly on beautiful Palm Beach, Aruba.
Since 1964, our family and crew have been sharing our love for the ocean with locals and visitors from around the world.
Whether you’re looking for adventure, relaxation, or something completely new, our experienced team is here seven days a week to help you make the most of your time in Aruba.
Our approach has always been simple: friendly service, professional guidance, personal attention, and a great time on the water.
Come Find Us on Palm Beach
Open daily: approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Most watersports activities: approximately 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Planning to stop by? We’re located directly on Palm Beach between the Hilton and Barceló Resorts, right in the heart of Aruba’s High-Rise area.
Finding us from the street or hotels can sometimes be a little tricky the first time, so we made a quick video to show you exactly where to go.

Meet the Arusun
One of the most special members of the AWC family is Arusun, our Formula II Ocean Racing Catamaran.
Designed by Rod McAlpine-Downie and built in 1984–1985, she was created for serious ocean sailing.
In 1989, Dutch sailor Henk de Velde took her — then named Alisun J&B — on a solo around-the-world record attempt, completing the journey in 158 days.
After a life of ocean racing and long-distance adventure, she eventually found her home here in Aruba.
These days, Arusun has a different mission: bringing people together for sailing, snorkeling, music, drinks, and great days on the Caribbean.
