Day 05

Day 5 -Saturday, May 13th 2023, of our voyage has been quite pleasant so far. We managed to make 767 nautical miles yesterday and are currently sailing at 30 to 35 degrees north. The wind is not too strong but we are making the most of what we have. We are now located on the lower right side of Bermuda heading north just flowing with the wind. We hope it keeps up this direction to just flow and go straight towards Las Palmas. We had a bit of rain yesterday before nightfall and the sea was a bit rough with some heavy hits on the bottom. We are grateful to have our automated pilot Billy to help us navigate safely and efficiently. The crew is a bit tired today so we are catching up on the hours we missed during our night shifts. All in all, it's been a good day and we are looking forward to what the next few days will bring us.
